Research in social psychology has shown that this mindset can make it more likely for people to improve after setbacks. However, many people either find themselves not taking growth mindset seriously, or simply find it hard to execute. This session shares how to remedy either problem, in the same way: by focusing on the neuroscience. Learning the neuroscience of growth mindset saturates the previous psychology research with more nuance, and provides three key tools for how to make it easier to reap its benefits.
