Summit 2014: The Neuroscience of Organizational Values

The Neuroscience of Organizational Values session from the 2014 NeuroLeadership Summit: Organization as Ecosystem

Organizations everywhere put a lot of focus on their values. In this session we explore some overdue questions about why and how we should be doing this. Questions such as how do values affect the brain? Are there a set of universal values that influence the brain in particular ways? How many values should an organization have? And what have we learned about embedding values effectively? Drawing from both neuroscience and case studies, this will be a provocative and insight rich session on the practice of selecting and embedding organizational values.
