Summit 2008 Know Thyself: Neuroscience of Mindfulness

Many studies have already shown conclusively that mindfulness has a significant impact on health, wellbeing and performance. This session explores the research now emerging from hundreds of neuroscientists who are engaging with the big questions around mindfulness from many different angles, specifically how and why it works. This session provides a summary of what we now know about the physiology of mindfulness.
